Shipping:

We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders!

All items are handmade to order, so please expect 3-4 weeks for your order to be finished and shipped out.

All orders are shipped from Denmark using PostNord and should take an estimated 3-10 business days to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking via email so you can follow the package along the way. 

Returns and refunds: 

We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of you receiving your package. You can return your order and exchange it for item(s) of equal value or store credit. We do not offer refunds since everything is handmade to order specifically for the individual customer. By placing an order with us you commit to a purchase. See our full terms of service here.

Specifically pertaining to UK customers: Due to Brexit and resulting tax laws, we are unable to fulfil any order from UK customers with a value of below €170. For this reason, customers in the UK purchasing items with a value of under €170 will have shipping costs added to their order total until the threshold of €170 is met. If you order items with a value of more than €170 total, shipping will revert back to being free.
