“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the company and its owner (Deadblind). “You”, “your” refers to the person reading this (the customer). “By shopping with” refers to successfully checking out and placing an order with us via our online store.

By shopping with Deadblind you are agreeing to the following: 

All items are handmade to order, so please expect up to 30 days for your order to be dispatched. Please also note that during busier periods, orders can take up to 6 weeks to be shipped out, although this is rare and we will contact you if your order is taking longer than expected. 

We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of you receiving your package. You can return your order and exchange it for item(s) of equal value or store credit. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in original unworn condition and with all original packaging. Please also note that you will be responsible for any costs involved with getting your order back to us. This includes any shipping costs, and for international customers outside the EU, any import fees or charges billed to us as a result of you returning your package to us - usually a flat fee of €30. These costs will be transferred to you and will need to be paid in order for us to fulfil your returns request.

We do not offer refunds since all items are handmade to order, specifically for the individual customer. By shopping with us you commit to a purchase. Gift cards are also non-refundable, before and after the expiry date. Should any major issues emerge with your order, we will resolve it directly with the individual customer and thereby offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Due to all items being handmade to order specifically for the individual customer, payment is upfront in full. These funds are directly used to cover all costs involved with manufacturing the item(s) ordered.

All shipping is done through an independent courier (PostNord). We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or items during shipping. Any situation pertaining to a lost or stolen package will be resolved directly with the individual customer.

Shipping times stated on this site are only general guidelines and packages can often be delayed due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. In all cases, please allow 30 transit days before contacting us about your package.

International purchases from outside the EU may be subject to customs processing and extra taxes, duties, charges, import fees etc. when entering the destination country. We are not responsible for – if any – later charges added to your purchase in your country.

All pricing and information on this website is general information. The content of this website may be subject to change at any point without notice. This does not affect any previous orders. All prices include Danish VAT at 25% for EU customers. 

We create high quality products from high quality materials, but please keep in mind that the metals we work with are relatively fragile precious metals and are not indestructible. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product, after it has been delivered to you.

Our lifetime guarantee only covers damage, breakage or any other issues occurring as a direct result of manufacturing errors when the item was first made by us. We are not responsible for any wear, tear, damage or breakage caused by the customer after taking delivery of the item. These customer actions include but are not limited to normal daily wear as well as all cases of accidents such as dropping the item or hitting it on other objects. In these cases our lifetime guarantee does not apply, is not valid, and can not be redeemed. However we can still repair or replace your item for a fee.

Specifically pertaining to UK customers: Due to Brexit and resulting tax laws, we are unable to fulfil any order from UK customers with a value of below €170. For this reason, customers in the UK purchasing items with a value of under €170 will have shipping costs added to their order total until the threshold of €170 is met. If you order items with a value of more than €170 total, shipping will revert back to being free.
